Co-founded and helped build IMRANDD from start-up into an approximately 40-person, £4m-revenue engineering, technology and data business by 2021, establishing much of its commercial and operational backbone from the outset.

Advised lenders and investors through Cynthian on complex energy and infrastructure transactions across Africa, combining commercial, technical and execution perspectives.

Sripad Gopala is the founder and Principal of Alapog. His career has combined economics, commercial leadership, transactions, company building, lender and investor advisory and the origination of principal investment opportunities. He co-founded and helped build IMRANDD, established Cynthian as an adviser to lenders and investors, and subsequently pursued acquisition opportunities through Epic. Alapog brings those strands together into a platform for advising, partnering, leading and building around selected businesses, assets and opportunities.
